The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying levels of access and features.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: BloodVision AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All AI-generated analysis, insights, recommendations, nutrition plans, and workout suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by our Service.

4. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Trial: 21-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.
  • Pro Monthly: $7.99/month for unlimited uploads, full AI analysis, and all features.
  • Pro Yearly: $59.99/year for unlimited uploads, full AI analysis, and all features.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties or use the Service on behalf of others without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and content (excluding user-uploaded data), is the intellectual property of BloodVision AI. You retain ownership of your uploaded blood test data and personal information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloodVision AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
